Herewith you can access the Applicants Pack for the 2nd Call for proposals of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020.
After the publication of Applicants Pack for the 2nd Call for proposals some errors were noticed in Annexes 1, 2 and 3. The correct Annexes are included in the Applicants Pack available for download here.
In order to correct these material errors an ERRATUM has been prepared.
Erratum 2 to the Applicants Pack for the second Call for proposals. An error was corrected in Annex 10, Eligibility Part – criterion 12, regarding the project duration. The correct Annex is included in the Applicants Pack available for download here.
On 30 January 2019, the Joint Monitoring Committee of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020 has decided the extension of the deadline for submission of applications within the second Call for Proposals until 5 of February 2019, 14.00 hrs, Romania time.

Leaflet 2nd Call for Proposals Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020
The first meeting of the Joint Programming Committee – body responsible for the preparation of the Interreg NEXT (Neighbourhood External) Black Sea Basin Programme 2021-2027 – was held on the 29th of January 2020 in Brussels, Belgium. The eligible participating countries of the new Programme involves ten states from the Black Sea Basin: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Republic of Moldova, Romania, Russian Federation, Turkey and Ukraine.
