The Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism, Romania, acting as Joint Managing Authority and the Ministry of Economy, Competitiveness and Shipping, Greece, acting as National Authority have the pleasure of inviting you to a Project Preparation Workshop, taking place in Komotini on 17th May 2011.

The main purpose of the project preparation workshop is to increase the capacity of Greek potential beneficiaries to develop project proposals under the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2007-2013.

The workshop is addressed to all the Greek potential beneficiaries of the Programme: central public authorities, local/regional public authorities, bodies governed by public law (contracting authorities as defined by the national legislations transposing Directive 2004/18/EC on public procurement), associations formed by one or several national, regional or local public authorities or one or several bodies governed by public law, public undertakings as defined in Directive 2004/17/EC, other non profit organizations, Euroregions, EGTC.

The number of participants to the workshops is limited to 80 persons per workshop, therefore, please confirm your participation at the event by filling in the registration form until 13th of May 2011. Working language is English. Translation in Greek will be available.

The main focus of the project preparation workshops will be on:
● raising the awareness about the key elements of the Guidelines for Grant Applicants
● strengthening the knowledges about key aspects of project development
● clarifying project proposal financial requirements
● raising the awareness about key aspects of project activity and financial planning
● clarifying how to apply in the programme electronic system
Training for Beneficiaries from the 1st Call for proposals
To ensure the premises for a smooth implementation of the projects contracted within the framework of the 1st Call for proposals of Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020, programme management structures with the support of TESIM project is organising a training session dedicated to the beneficiaries from the 1st Call for proposals.
